Messages may be sent by Relief Connect or on behalf of our DME provider partners.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on your service activity. You may receive appointment reminders, eligibility updates, provider communications, and follow-up messages related to your active DME request. Message and data rates may apply. Consult your mobile service carrier regarding their messaging and data plans. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Relief Connect unless you re-opt in.

Carrier Disclaimer

Relief Connect and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers supported include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, and others. Check with your carrier for availability.

Your mobile phone number and SMS communication preferences are collected and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
